修正 cmd.php 檔案的 cmd 類別的 svnci 函式使用 cp 功能會出錯的問題.

修正 cmd.php 檔案的 cmd 類別的 checkCmdExist 函式的實作.

增加 cmd.php 檔案的 cmd 類別的 msPortable 函式,將 freeplane 軟體支持的 mm 格式檔案跨平台.

變更 allInOneFull.php、allInOneForCI.php、allInOneForJson.php、allInOneForSOAP.php 預設的環境設定為 release(Production).
